- Organizers & Vendors: We collect essential business and account information, including names, contact details, email addresses, and billing information upon registration.
- Guests: Through our Digital Guest Confirmation (QR) system, we collect minimal necessary data (e.g., name, phone number, food preference) strictly to facilitate accurate event headcounts.
- Financial Data: SaveDish does NOT store credit/debit card numbers or UPI PINs. All payments are encrypted and routed securely through compliant third-party payment gateways.
2. Data Utilization & Sharing
- Operational Necessity: Data is utilized solely to manage bookings, process Vendor payouts, and operate our anti-wastage QR confirmation system.
- Vendor Sharing: We share the finalized guest headcount and necessary execution details with the selected Service Vendors to ensure successful event delivery.
- Strict No-Sale Policy: SaveDish explicitly guarantees that user data is never sold, rented, or traded to third-party marketing agencies.
- Legal Disclosures: We reserve the right to disclose personal data if mandated by law enforcement, court orders, or government regulations.
3. Data Security Measures We employ industry-standard administrative and technical security measures to protect your data against unauthorized access. While we strive for maximum security, absolute security of internet transmissions cannot be guaranteed.
4. User Rights & Data Retention Users retain the right to access, update, or request the deletion of their personal information via our support channels. Guest data from past events may be securely retained for a limited period solely for financial auditing and Vendor dispute resolution.
5. Policy Updates SaveDish reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
